Caramelized Almonds & Cashew Milk 55% Valdez Cacao

This bar was created as a special Christmas chocolate bar. With its caramelized almonds and spices it reminds us of a visit to a Christmas market in Germany, home of our founder and creator of this bar, Jens. By using Dominican almonds and spices used in the country, this bar is a Dominican and german experience at the same time.

The cacao used for this chocolate comes from the "Las Berenjenas" farm from Valdez Cacao, a small cacao producer in the Duarte region. The farm was acquired by the Valdez family in 1963 and has approximately 22,000 cacao trees.

The tasting notes of this chocolate are spices, nuts, and caramel.

Ingredients: organic cacao, cane sugar, cacao butter, cashew milk, almonds, cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom, ginger, sweet clove.
